All rates are quoted in Euros, per house for double occupancy , per night and include à la carte American breakfast and all taxes .

Early arrivals and late departure
If your arrival is early and you wish immediate access to your house , we suggest reserving for the prior night , in order to guarantee immediate access . For late departure 50% of the daily house rate will be charged , or we will be happy to store your luggage free of charge .

The following credit cards are accepted at the hotel : MasterCard , Visa , American Express.

Confirmation Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit of the total stay by a valid credit card , upon confirmation . Full prepayment of the stay has to be received before arrival.

Cancellation policy
Low Season :
a) No fee is charged for any cancellation received 14 days prior to 12.00 noon on the expected day of arrival.
b) For any cancellation made less that 14 days before the arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged. Middle and High Season :
a) No fee is charged for any cancellation received 21 days to 12.00 noon on the expected day of arrival.
b) Any cancellation made :

• 15-20 days prior to the expected day of arrival incurs a cancellation fee 50% of the total stay.
• 7-14 days prior to the expected day of arrival incurs a cancellation fee 75% of the total stay.
• 1-6 days prior to the expected day of arrival incurs a cancellation fee 100% of the total stay . No show – Early departure Any no show or early departure prior to scheduled day incurs a 100% charge of the total or remaining stay respectively .
