Hygiene and Safety Protocols

The health and safety of our guests and of our staff is our greatest priority. We have taken all the necessary measures according to the hygiene protocols that the Greek Ministry of Health has announced. All our staff members have been trained accordingly, in order to ensure your safety during your stay. 

• All employees use personal protection equipment
• Masks, hand sanitizer, sanitation products are available for every guest 
• Breakfast a la carte is offered to the safeness of your balcony
• Frequent disinfection to every room and every public area
• Collaboration with doctor and Santorini’s Hospital for medical support

Flexible Cancellation Policy

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 7 days before confirmed arrival date.
Any deposit charged at the time of booking will be refunded if reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival date.
